"Ursa" is a gorgeous steel-gray granddaughter of the well-known cutting and cowhorse sire "Playgun", and shows the athleticism and 'cowy' aptitude of that bloodline. She had 30 days' riding in June of '09 and as you can see in the photos below, had started to develop a really nice soft mouth and good trainable attitude. She is out of a good appendix QH mare we raised, and her TB background should give her durability and endurance to withstand the challenges of working cowhorse or ranch versatility events.
